Borghetto Panigale

Borghetto Panigale has ten independent apartments, enclosed in a small courtyard, which guarantees privacy and silence, although it is located in a strategic and central position with respect to the main urban connection routes such as rail and motorway and is less than two kilometers from the airport "G. Marconi".
Located a few meters from the Borgo Panigale train station, you can reach the Central Station of Bologna and from here the historic center in less than 10 minutes.
Each apartment has a reserved parking space, equipped kitchen, possibility of having single beds, bathroom with window with washing machine, WIFI fiber, also excellent for smart working or gaming.
A few minutes away are large industrial companies such as Ducati, Philp Morris, Carpigiani and Amarena Fabbri as well as cultural institutions such as Teatri di Vita, Officine Golinelli and Mast and the Ospedale Maggiore.

Borghetto San Donato

Borghetto San Donato apartments are the ideal place for those who want to visit the historic center of Bologna, or easily reach the Bologna fair, which is less than 700 meters away. Located near one of the main access roads to the city, it allows you to reach both the Policlinico S. Orsola and the university town in a few minutes.
Borghetto San Donato has seven independent apartments with reserved parking space in the private courtyard; all the main services are located less than 100 meters away, including supermarket and pharmacy. Very close is the bus stop, which in about 15 minutes takes you to the historic center.

Then you move on to another indisputably renowned motor brand, Ferrari, to which two museums have been dedicated, one in Maranello, and one in Modena, with a special focus on its founder, Enzo Ferrari.
